ExitByDeath ExitByDeath I'm of the old. Not one of many, but many of one. Here lie my art, confessions, dreams, fictions, guesses, hallucinations, lamentations, observations, phantasies, thoughts. I am nothing and no one; neither shepherd nor prophet, a lost soul, a sinner. — And surely, not an alien.

This is this is an added section I'm adding in start of this episode. The sound you hear from me is my nose. I'm not spitting. I don't like spitting outside or anywhere. It's disgusting. The sound you hear is from a nose because they I'm walking on grass and they've been cutting it or something. Um it affected my nose and I there's this sound coming when I'm talking from time to time in this episode. I am not spitting. This is my nose standing but it sounded very similar in the microphone when it's recorded it. So I just had to add this to this to the start of this so you don't get disgusted by me. I'm not disgusting. That spitting and walking, that's disgusting. I don't do that. Thank you. Yes. So, let's talk about coffee. Why not? Huh? Coffee is nice. Very nice. Well, it's bitter, but it's also nice. It's strange bitterness. It's a sweet bitterness. So apparently on earth there are two kinds of coffees or coffee beans, Robusta or Robusta uh and Arabica. So that's it. That's just two coffees. The Arabica is milder in taste or more soury and it's a bit I think if I remember correctly it has a less a tiny bit less caffeine in it versus the other one robusta robust I I don't know how to pronounce these words and the the R version is darker or like more caffeine in it So, the other version has more caffeine in it, but uh it's cheaper for some reason. Seems it's maybe more bitter or stronger taste that most people don't like it. But they have two different kinds of properties. One is very nice antioxidant um and the other is also antioxidant by but uh has some other properties apparently good for I don't know liver or something. So, I'm checking this with AI and stuff. It's uh you want to have at least 6 g of instant coffee a day to get the benefit of both antioxidant and also the liver regeneration or healing kind of benefit. There is some research or some talk about it that it can actually trigger liver regeneration uh or liver health or something. I don't know, could be wrong. I like coffee. So, six grams of instant coffee that translates to I don't know enough caffeine I guess for for a day. But you can go up to I think eight or nine grams. That's fine still. But anything over nine is kind of too much. I think you can get addicted or something. But if you stay between six and seven, that's that's fine because that's not too much caffeine. Of course, it depends on your body weight and height and such things and tolerance. Some people can't tolerant tolerant can't tolerate caffeine that much. Personally, I drink two 4 and a half grams per day and that's about yeah between eight and nine grams. I don't feel it much. It's fine for me. Um but I walk around a lot as well. So maybe it helps even I'm recording this. I'm walking walking walking walk been walking long time. And uh the reason I drink instant coffee actually is that it seems better, cleaner, and good for you in a way. Um I mean, so you you have to filter coffee if you brew it yourself or boil it in a pot or something. But these filters are made of paper and paper filter can't be that good. It has to have some kind of chemical in it or let's say it's just pure wood, pure paper. Still it's wood. Uh it adds some weird taste to the coffee in my opinion. And uh also you need to filter it. You got to filter this thing cuz it has some kind of thing in it that I don't remember the name of that can um affect your cholesterol levels that make it higher or something. So, checking with AI stuff, it seems instant coffee is actually the best and cleanest because they filter this already at the factory level. And over there in the factory, they don't have some crappy paper filter or something. They have industrial filters that it's actually clean it very nicely. So, the brand of it doesn't really matter. I I try all kinds of brands. They like different tastes almost, but sometimes they feel the same, too. It's like I think the taste of coffee depends on the air quality or humidity and your level of alertness or tiredness in that moment as well. Sometimes it's nicer, sometimes it's darker. Even though I really measure my coffee extremely accurate, I have a Japanese kitchen scale that I use and this thing is accurate. Uh, very nice. I tried from Amazon stuff, but nah, they aren't good. I mean, they claim it's accurate and such, but they are basically random. But this one, Tanita, I did specifically not buy it from Amazon as well because I I think uh electronics from Amazon, I feel like they're defect or low grade some kind of I don't know. It's just anything I bought from Amazon that's electronics has given me a lot of problems. Most of it, not everything, but a lot. 90% 95% of it. Anyway, I recommend the brand Tanita and it is not some kind of re uh what's sponsored anything. No, it's not. And actually, Tanita used to be made made in Japan, but apparently they make it in China now. But, uh, it's still a Japanese brand. So, as far as I I have been able to try test it and compare it to other stuff, even more known brands from Amazon. This thing is good. This thing is really good. I have a really simple one. cost about what 70 bucks or something maybe 100 depending where you are. Uh and it can measure 0 one up to one decimal. It's nice. It's enough for coffee cuz you can go like five 4.5 4.6 you know like that. It's not of course it's not some kind of professional grade scale but it's really nice. I I am very happy with it. I definitely recommend it. Definitely, but only if you buy it from a reputable seller on a from an actual shop. Because Amazon stuff, I don't know. They do have this on Amazon, but I don't trust it. Stuff I buy from Amazon, even if it's a good brand, it's like weird. There's something off with them. They never work fully well. like maybe it's like defective returns that they fixed it, refixed it and then put it on Amazon something like that. So I bought this elsewhere. Tanita I think it's called Tanita brand. Um yeah so scale is important to have in the kitchen as well. Not just for coffee but I measure my salt as well. So I'm I'm keeping around between three and five grams. Sorry for those who who use uh pounds or something, but I like grams. It's it feels more accurate to me. I don't know why. Grams and kilograms and stuff like that. So, you can convert it yourself. You see, I have problem with English. Even though English is my first language, I can barely talk. Somebody hears me say, "Hey yo, where are you from?" And I'll answer, "Hey yo, not from this planet." Oh, really? Yeah, really. Where are you from? What planet are you from? I don't know. I don't remember it. But I do have a spaceship. We are entering into strange territory now from coffee into spaceships. Interesting. But that's as far as I will tell for now. Keep listening. Keep following me. Maybe you get to know more. Again, I would like to go into the details of these things. But I want more listeners. I want more followers. And if there won't be any, which I discussed in the former episode, um, then I guess I won't talk about it and you won't know. So, I don't know. Spread my podcasts. Something like that. I don't earn a penny from anything. By the way, I just do this for well, not fun. I do it just to do it. I don't know. Something inside of me says, "Do it. Just do it." I guess I'm searching for humans, which are very rare and hard to find lately on any social media. I can't find anybody. There are these people looking characters, but I don't think they are people. Very hard. Very, very difficult on X. I'm mostly active on X, but even on X, it's very rare to find actual humans. Most difficult task. And I wonder if someday I should start doing video podcast actually. But uh I don't know. The video is kind of I don't want to go hold the camera in my one hand or where do I put the camera up my butt like I'm walking now like I don't want to hold the camera but with the voice with podcast I can just keep talking talking so yes coffee is good tea is also excellent but there is a warning about coffee that you have to be careful I have fallen into this hole, deep hole, very dangerous. So when you drink coffee, it stops iron and zinc and some stuff up to almost 90%. So your body won't take this take them up. Very dangerous and it almost kill me. God knows if I would survive it right now actually. So you got to keep coffee away from food, especially iron food, zinc food and magnesium and such. So one at least 1 hour before food or at least 2 hours after food. Better 3 to four hours after food. Right now I'm at 3 hours after food or one and a half hour before food. Something like that. But yeah, don't don't mix it with food. It's it can kill you. It's almost did me did man. It's a very freaking freaking freaking freaking dangerous thing and I had no idea. The same goes with yogurt and calcium and milk and cheese and parmesan which is that's another subject for itself actually cheese. So I'll I'll save it for another time. Yeah. So keep that stuff away from iron foods because it will give you problems, unsolvable problems that you can't heal from. I'm kind of fallen into such hole right now. I'm trying to crawl back up, but it's I don't know. I don't know if it's possible actually. Anyway, drink coffee. It's okay. Drink drink coffee. Coffee is nice. Although about the coffee brand, even though I I kind of drink anything, but one brand I don't drink it actually. I I mean I do, but very rarely. It's mess cafe because I read that they have this specific thing on their factory where they grind the coffee to really really really really tiny tiny pieces of powder which is much tinier than others. Now it's not nano particles but it's very tiny. It is really tiny and stuff that goes too tiny like nearing nano scale. I I don't like it. I It freaks me out. I I don't I don't trust it. So, but this cafe is actually tasting very nicely. It's uh I like the taste, but sadly they grind it to this weird size and this weird process and I I don't feel comfortable drinking it. I mean once in a while fine but I don't want to drink it every day like that. I just don't. Of course I don't know if the others do this too but there it seems to be some kind of pattern that thing they have. So the chance that the other brands do this is kind of sort of lower I guess maybe hopefully. And right the roasting level I I don't go full dark roast. I I don't think that's good. That's too burnt. You don't want two burnt tree there. That's that's just nasty. Even though it can taste more bitter and nice, but I don't think two burnt is healthy. So, I go with medium, sometimes lower grade, even two of two out of five roast level, which I have right now. It's some cheap crap, cheapest instant coffee. It doesn't taste much, but it's okay. Still coffee. You get the benefits. Doesn't matter if it's the best or the worst. Also, there is this other brand. I don't want to mention in a specific brand, but it's like some kind of ecological brand. It tastes really good. I mean, really. But one day, I accidentally touched the coffee with my fingers and they were kind of wet and I noticed this coffee was sticky, more sticky than others. And I wonder if they have sugar in it or something sweet in it because this thing smells kind of sweet too, like burnt sugar. I I doubt I don't know. I I I'm not accusing them, but I started doubting this one. It was too good. So, I actually don't drink that either now because I I don't I don't know if it has sugar. Of course, sugar thing in it. probably very very tiny amount but I don't I I don't want it. I keep away from sugar most of the time trying to add less. So no, I don't drink that either. But yeah, that's the episode about coffee. Some weird episode, huh? It's nice. How much I drink? Yes, I drink usually 4 and a half grams of instant coffee twice a day. uh 3 to four hours between them and away away from food. And I do 400 ml of water on each cup. So 4 1/2 g plus 400 ml. Although I like with 300 better, but it becomes so little coffee and I like it big. I like a big cup. I do add some heavy cream in it. 40% real cream. No, no crap in it, but I'm trying to cut back on that. Of course, cream is okay. It's not bad thing or anything, but I I like 22 g cream, even 29 g in my coffee. Uh, so total it would be like 60 grams of cream every day. That's kind of kind of much. So yeah, I do mix it with milk sometimes to get the cream lower, but it's not the same, of course. But it's okay. I go like today I tried 22 g milk and 7 g heavy cream. So the total is 29 uh with 4 1/2 g instant coffee and 400 ml of water. And where do I drink this? As in where do I put it? In a glass cup. I buy this from a reputable place that is selling borosilicate glass. You don't want to drink anything from these clay stuff. That stuff is nasty. It can contain heavy metals. And you don't want that. In my opinion, as far as I know, borasilicate glass is the best that it it's least reactive with your food. And the glass I got is from IKEA. You can find it in US too and Europe, everywhere. Even Russia and stuff like places like that. Hell, even in Asia, they have it. So, the glasses are nice. This one is actually a kitchen tool for measurement. It's not a drinking glass, but I use it because it's 500 ml and I drink 400 which is nice and it has a handle and it's a borosyic glass thin but it's very nice. I really like this cup. So that's what I use. It doesn't look fancy. It looks weird. Somebody looks at you say, "Hey, what you drink out of that?" Yeah, I do because it makes my coffee taste so much cleaner and better as well because you're going to notice a difference between this glass and a clay cup or any other glass in my opinion. Another thing is I boil my water in surgical grade well almost surgical grade steel pot that is 18/10 and that's the a good quality steel that doesn't react so much with water and food. So that that that actually your your food will actually taste different on such highrade steel. So that's that's something I I use and I only have one pot actually. I boil water in it. I cook in it. Everything. But it's a very nice pot. It's kind of expensive. But because I only have one, better to buy some high quality, highgrade steel and then you got it. You have it like 30 40. You can die with it. You can put it in your grave afterwards, even. So I think kitchen tools are good to have high quality stuff. I don't use a water boiler. I used to have one but I can't find any good water boiler. Now there are some really fancy schmancy borosilicate water boilers. The problem with them is they all have this plastic lid on top and I don't like that. I don't want any plastic near my food and especially not my boiling food or boiling water. And this thing boils water and the steam goes off to this hits the plastic on on the lid and then drops back in the water and just nasty. It's just disgusting. So no coffee machines for me, no brewing machines, no special dish that I don't care how pricey it is, how fancy it is. I don't trust these machines. I don't know what's in it. My rule of thumb to thumb is keep it simple, simple, simple. All I need is boiled water for my coffee. And a coffee machine is just crap. Boiling water in plastic, then goes through another plastic where you put this paper chemical filter on top and then Oh my god. I I I really don't know how people drink this crap like this. It's not even water. Once it come out of it's some kind of mixture of chemical sewer. Yeah. I just It disgust me. I don't like it. Yeah. And try this. I mean, if you don't believe me, test it. Boil your water in a very high quality clean either borosyicate that is without plastic anywhere around it or on it or almost surgical grade steel that is 18 that is 18/10 that's a good grade steel and also I stay away from anything recycled steel that's disgusting they can have it put it somewhere else or not in my food. I don't want anything recycled near my food at all. So, test this. Boil water in a 18/10 grade steel and make this coffee or tea in a boroilicate glaz glass. Oh my god, you you will notice the difference and then you will say, "Wow, I have actually never tasted real coffee." because you haven't or you have tasted the coffee or tea mixed with all kinds of nasty chemicals. So yeah, test this. This is this going to change your life. I should actually do another episode just on this about kitchen tools. That's that's important. I think many don't realize that kitchen tools are important. But this episode is about coffee. And that is how I drink my coffee. An alien. That's how I make coffee. Imagine that. Aliens drink coffee. This is some kind of weird person, right? These are weird times. Strange times. Aliens drinking coffee, searching for humans. What the hell is going on? Thank you and goodbye.
